2-day In-person Seminar (September 29-30, 2015)
Clinical Project Management
The two major challenges faced by Sponsor companies and CROs during a clinical trial are managing costs and keeping the trials on schedule. A clinical trial project manager who is properly trained is equipped with the skill sets, tools and knowledge to successfully manage and execute clinical trials over a period of time. It is the job of a project manager to respond and adapt to changing situations during a clinical trial and manage the resources optimally.
With this two-day training, we hope to impart the knowledge that is needed by a project manager to successfully carry out a clinical trial project in the real world. The training would be carried out by instructors who have wealth of experience successfully carrying out clinical trials. Since the instructors have experience conducting trials around the world, you can expect a global perspective of how a successful trial should be carried out. The tips that the instructors will share during the course of the training program will be invaluable, regardless of where you are in your career.
Who Will Benefit:
This training will help you gain knowledge and understanding of how sponsor and CRO companies should efficiently drive clinical trials.
