Clinical Project Management

The two major challenges faced by Sponsor companies and CROs during a clinical trial are managing costs and keeping the trials on schedule. A clinical trial project manager who is properly trained is equipped with the skill sets, tools and knowledge to successfully manage and execute clinical trials over a period of time. It is the job of a project manager to respond and adapt to changing situations during a clinical trial and manage the resources optimally.
